The reverse lining technology uses a composite fiber-reinforced hose with a waterproof and anti-corrosion protective film as the carrier. Through a dedicated impregnation equipment on-site, epoxy resin is impregnated into the hose.
The reverse lining technology uses a composite fiber-reinforced hose with a waterproof and anti-corrosion protective film as the carrier. Through a dedicated impregnation equipment on-site, epoxy resin is impregnated into the hose. After impregnation, the hose is flipped using a reverse lining device, driven by water pressure or air pressure, from one end of the pipeline to the other. Under pressure, the lining layer is heated or cured at room temperature. After curing, the lined hose tightly adheres to the inner wall of the original pipeline, forming a composite pipe with strong overall sealing and a smooth surface.
Pipeline cleaning and inspection → Inner lining of hose pipe → Steam curing of the inner lining hose → Removal of excess inner lining hose from the pipeline inner lining → Port treatment.
