When there are local cracks, leaks or damages in the pipeline, or when the pipeline needs urgent repair due to local damage, the local pipeline liner repair technology can be used to repair the pipeline. Application scope: pipeline diameter 200mm - 1200mm. Solution: Use a special pipeline repair device, introduce resin-impregnated non-woven fabric into the damaged part of the pipeline, and expand the repair device through appropriate air pressure. The resin-impregnated non-woven fabric is pressed onto the damaged part of the pipeline inner wall. After the resin cures, the non-woven fabric is fixed at the damaged part of the pipeline, and the entire repair process takes -3 hours.
Pipeline cleaning and inspection → Installation of local point-to-point pipe liners → Local point-to-point curing of the pipe liners.
